Thanks, Ali! I cannot reiterate how much your cookbook means to me. I've always cooked, as I said in the review, but I found a new joy with your recipes; I meant every word. I will be following up each of my cookbook reviews with an essay or two...stories on my experience cooking a specific recipe. I hope you enjoy! And, I plan to request some recipes with smoked paprika (and/or sherry vinegar) over in 40 Ingredients Forever because the Blistered Peppers was amazing. Thank you, again!
